Ever since I dug out the old g-funk for the summer last year, like I do every year, I have been surfing on a mid 90's rap-wave. Meeting guys with the same love for "old" rap/hip hop when I started at the University has done nothing to prevent this. Why did all the best rap records come out between 92 and 98?
